Abstract
After the unsuccessful surrounding Vienna II., The Ottoman Empire began to fight against Austria and its allieds, Venice and Lehistan, on different fronts. Due to the continuous regression on Austria front Otoman Empire decided to sent one of its commitee to Vienna. The commitee headed by Zülfikar Pascha would inform the accession of Süleyman II to emperor Leopold I, but indeed he would look for peace. The commitee, which went to Venice and wanted to get result as soon as possible, lost time because of the lack of Lehistan delegate and didn't get any results, after the delegate came because of their difficult demands. That's why the persuasion efforts of the committee to make peace by breaking Lehistan off its allies Austria and Venice failed. After struggled for coming back for 4 years, Zülfikar Pascha was able to settle in İstanbul in 1692.
