Abstract
With Today, the status of Armenians in the Ottoman Empire and their relocation in 1915 is being investigated by many researchers. As the subject has been politicized and turned into an international propaganda material against Turkey by the Armenians on the international scene, the researches on this subject are getting deeper day by day and the number of researches which discuss the issue with documents from many different state archives is increasing. However, Armenian sources are neglected. Turkish and foreign scholars who do not speak Armenian can not reach these sources and can not read them. On the other hand, Armenian academics ignore these sources because they have information against their theses. These sources, which can be memoirs, periodicals or archival documents, do not contain the Armenian claims that the Turks killed the Armenians without any reason. Contrary to this, in these works there are detailed information and heroic stories about how the Armenians fought heroically against the Turks, and how did they help the Allies during WWI and due to these help why they deserve an independent Armenian state which would be established in Eastern Anatolia and in the Cilicia region.
