Abstract
This study deals with Panslavism which took place and developed at the beginning of 19th century that was very important for Balkans. This research focuses more on Panslavism in terms of its effect on the occurrence and development of Bosnia-Herzegovina revolt. In this base, it attempts to show the acts of Serbia and Karadağ for supporting revolt to form a big Slav state. Another purpose of this study is to explain the purposes of these acts, their role in revolt for the existence of Balkan crises and the elimination of Ottoman Balkans.
