Özet

Türk-Polonya ilişkileri her zaman Osmanlı Tarihi içinde canlı bir yer edinmiştir. Bu ilişkilerin uzantısı olan kıymetli tarih kalıntıları da her zaman dikkat çekti ve araştırmaların yaratılmasına yol açtı. Uzantı, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti zamanında da devam etti ve yeni devletimizin başkentinde ilk açılan elçiliklerden birisi de Polonya'nın ki olup bir sanat şaheseri olarak, kıymetli ve müstesna anıyı devam ettirir. Polonya'da yetişen değerli ilim adamları da kendi tarih ve kültürlerinin ayrılmaz bir parçası olan bu tarihî mirası ilmî metodlar yolu ile korumayı bildiler ve çeşitli alanlarda eserler yarattılar. Türk arşiv ve kütüphaneleri de bu ülke ile ilgili zengin kayıtlarla doludur.
