Aim and Scope
Belleten publishes original research articles in the domains of archaeology, history, history of art, and cultural studies, with a focus on topics that "cover all aspects of Turkish history and history of Turkey."
Belleten's aim is to provide an open-access academic platform where researchers from around the globe can share and discuss the findings of original research they have conducted in the fields of archaeology, history, history of art, and cultural studies, with a focus on subjects that will illuminate all facets of Turkish culture and history. The journal, which promotes critical thinking, seeks to advance the body of knowledge in the topic by publishing high-caliber historical research in both Turkish and English languages.
• Belleten publishes three times a year, in print and online (April, August, and December).
• Researchers, students, and organizations and institutions relevant to professional and academic fields are among the journal's readers.
• Turkish and English are the two languages in which Belleten is published. Each article that is published in Belleten includes a title, author’s full name, affiliation, funding description (if applicable), and keywords in both Turkish and English languages. Additionally, all article texts and bibliographies are written in Latin letters to facilitate computer readability.
